The process of making these rings is intricate and incredibly satisfying! We start with a 1/2 oz fine silver round and carefully heat and fold the coin until we get the size liner we need. We then take it to our metal lathe to cut and shape the liner to level it out. From there we machine our solid block of Inlace Acrylester that has vibrant colors of Copper and Black (which looks like wood) to match the diameter of the silver ring and then carefully fuse them together. Next we turn the ring on our precision lathes to a finished ring, sanding up to a 12,000 fine grit to create a shiny finish! Since the colors of the pattern vary throughout the blank, each ring will always take on their own unique characteristics and the silver liner has a rustic brushed metal finish. No 2 rings will ever look the same! These take time, so please allow 1 week for production as these are made to order.
*Please note that the way the coin ring liner is folded and machined, it MAY fit tighter or looser depending on the side. Please try the ring on from both sides. It is HIGHLY recommended that you do not engage in strenuous activity while wearing your ring especially anything that will directly impact it. This will keep your ring lasting much longer!
